All-year cabin Dominik in the WT2021 standard is a functional and modern design crafted for comfortable year-round living. The well-thought-out interior layout features a spacious living area with a place for a kitchenette, which forms the central part of the home and encourages together time.

Large glazing in the form of terrace doors provides natural daylight to both the ground floor and the mezzanine, creating a pleasant, bright space. The attic houses two independent bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for residents.

An additional advantage is the covered terrace and balcony, which enhance the home’s functionality and allow outdoor relaxation. The timber-frame construction, tailored to WT2021 requirements, delivers high thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and year-round comfort.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Polish Act on Goods and Services Tax, Article 41(12)

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in Poland FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, with wood paneling on the inside.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with wood paneling.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and an IKO bituminous shingle roof covering.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor thermal insulation - 10 cm
  • Exterior wall thermal insulation - 20 cm
  • Interior wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof thermal insulation - 25 cm

  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification

  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
