Modern Grażyna wooden carport successfully replaces a traditional garage. This solid, stable structure is made entirely of pine/spruce wood, twice impregnated. Key structural elements are crafted from KVH wood, which eliminates the risk of cracks or deformations. Now with an added feature! The proposed wooden carport is a solution consisting of a parking space, utility room, and woodshed — all in optimal dimensions guaranteeing freedom of use. The addition of a window provides extra ventilation. The roof is covered with bitumen shingles; its thickness and the membrane under the shingles ensure a completely watertight roof.
Price PLN 45,400.00 includes
- a complete carport (excluding the utility room floor, floor can be added for an extra charge) – as shown in the photos, standard layout as in the sketch, but we can adapt the layout individually according to the client's guidelines
- roof covered with bitumen shingles (IKO shingles have 20x longer lifespan than base felt, which starts to leak after two years), shingle color available (standard palette)
- double impregnation (primer and color), wood protection color of choice (standard palette), we also impregnate the inside of the carport
- roofing membrane under shingles
- key elements (posts, hoop) made from KVH wood to prevent cracking and distortion
- written guarantee for 24 months. The guarantee can also be extended to 36 or 48 months - for details consult our sales team
ATTENTION! The floor in the utility room is not included in the price. The floor can be ordered for an additional fee.
