This solution is not only more financially economical but also better captures the atmosphere of a home garden. Under the carport we can easily park two cars, protecting them from moisture and rain or hail. In winter, the structure relieves us from the tedious obligation to clear snow from the vehicle. Additionally, the carport project also foresees a small utility room where you can store garden machinery and tools or set up a summer kitchen. Now additionally! A wooden carport with a classic look features a watertight roof covered with bituminous shingles. If you are thinking about making changes to the project, we are open to all proposals and new solutions. The most important thing is that the structure fully meets your expectations.
Price PLN 39,500.00 includes
- a complete carport for two cars (excluding the floor in the utility room, floor additional) - as shown in the photos, standard layout as in the sketch, but as far as possible we can adapt the layout to the client’s preferences
- all windows, doors and walls
- roof covered with bituminous shingles (IKO shingles have 20x longer service life than base felt, which starts leaking after two years), shingle color to choose (standard palette)
- double impregnation (primer and color), wood preservation color to choose (standard palette), we also impregnate the inside of the carport
- roof membrane under the shingles
- key elements (posts, tie beam) made from KVH wood to prevent cracking and warping
- Written warranty for 24 months. The warranty can also be extended to 36 or 48 months - ask sales for details
ATTENTION! The floor in the utility room is not included in the price. The floor can be ordered for an additional fee.
