The all-year living house CRK17 PLUS is a great alternative to expensive flats in multi-family blocks, while providing full independence and the possibility to fulfil the dream of building your own home. We designed it with families 2+1 or 2+2 in mind, so its interior includes a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a vestibule and a hallway. An advantage of a 70 m2 building is also a simple formalization procedure requiring only a notification, without costly and time-consuming applications for full permits. The notification also exempts from the previously required obligation to hire a construction manager. Combined with a short construction time (the ready house can be collected after just 14 days from the start of work!) this provides a convenient and fast solution for people building for the first time. The all-year house CRK17 PLUS has been fully insulated, equipped with PVC windows, insulated doors, gutters, electrical installation, plumbing, painting, wood preservation, as well as transport and assembly nationwide!
