Holiday cabin W1X2 is a proposal for owners of holiday resorts who want to offer their guests a comfortable leisure space. Each W2X2 dual unit consists of two separate interiors, each with its own entrance, ensuring maximum privacy for guests. The two interiors, each measuring 5m x 5m, accommodate a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace, and the whole is completed by a spacious mezzanine providing an additional 16 m2 of usable space. Each interior can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, totaling the possibility to rent it out to as many as 12 guests at once. The building is delivered in a closed-shell condition, prepared for insulation and interior finishes, and therefore equipped with airtight PVC window joinery, insulated steel doors, insulated flooring, wood preservation and painting of the facade, and a roof covered with shingles.
