Triple-glazed windows provide excellent airtightness, and external wall and roof insulation with 25 cm of mineral wool guarantees maintaining an optimal interior temperature in both winter and the hot months. In the developer standard, cables for electrical installation (without a distribution board) and plumbing without white assembly are already routed.
