DREWNOLANDIA V4 is a modern modular home, fully on one level, offering about 90 m² of usable living space. Thanks to a 25-centimeter-thick insulation layer on the exterior walls, residents can enjoy comfort even on the coldest days. The interior is finished with gypsum plasterboard, allowing an immediate start of finishing work after construction.
The house is equipped with triple-glazed windows, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Additionally, both walls and the roof are insulated with a 25-centimeter layer of mineral wool, helping maintain a comfortable interior temperature year-round, regardless of weather. The standard development package includes electrical installation (without the distribution board) and plumbing, but without kitchen furniture.
