A wooden holiday cabin Wiktor IV v1 is a design that fully leverages current regulations for constructing objects up to 35 m² built on notification—regardless of the land’s intended use. The Wiktor IV model can be successfully erected on private properties as well as on ROD (allotment) plots. As a producer of wooden Canadian-style cottages, we use only certified high-class wooden materials sourced from Polish State Forests and from Scandinavia. The cabin is offered in an open raw standard, but it can be upgraded with optional installations and insulation with mineral wool, enabling it to be converted into a recreation object with a year-round character.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for both recreational and building plots.

  • Open-shell (raw)
  • Exterior walls prefab - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, inside left unfinished.
  • Interior walls prefab - One-sided finish with boarding.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bitumen shingles by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.

On the investor’s side remains

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Moisture-proofing over the entire foundation
