Domek Adrian SSO is a compact model with a built-up area of 18 m², divided into a closed 3 × 3 m room and a covered terrace of the same dimensions. The thoughtful layout provides a comfortable living space for relaxation while keeping compact overall dimensions.

The model stands out with modern terrace enclosure—instead of a classic railing we used vertical, openwork screens in the corners, which give the structure a light feel and a distinctive character.

The cabin is designed for construction on notification, without the need for a building permit. The construction is carried out using Canadian timber frame technology from certified C24 structural lumber, ensuring durability and solid workmanship.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for installation on both recreational and building plots.
