Wiktor holiday cabin is a versatile holiday cabin designed for functionality and comfort, even on narrow plots. Its thoughtful layout includes a living room, space for a bathroom, two separate bedrooms, a mezzanine, and a terrace, ensuring comfortable relaxation for a larger group.

In the raw open-standard, the cabin includes the wall construction and roof with covering, but without carpentry, installations and finish. Built in timber frame technology, it provides a solid base for further finishing and adaptation to your needs.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for mounting on both recreational and building plots.

  • Open-shell construction
  • Exterior walls prefabri­cated - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, inside unfinished.
  • Partition walls prefabri­cated - Finished on one side with boazeria.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.

The rest is the investor's responsibility

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture insulation on the entire foundation surface
