Domek Michał is a functional recreational cabin with an open living area and a large mezzanine, which significantly expands the interior design possibilities.

The thoughtful layout includes a living room with space for a kitchenette and a bathroom area, ensuring comfortable relaxation and freedom of arrangement.

In the raw open standard, the cabin includes the wall construction and a roof with covering, without joinery, installations or finishing. Built with timber-frame technology, it provides a solid base for further work and adaptation to individual needs.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – to be erected on both a recreational and a building plot.

  • Roof structure - A complete roof structure with full roof sheathing and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with 2 cm boards.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture-proof insulation over the entire foundation surface
