Product description

Large recreational plot cabin? Our proposal is the Viktor holiday cabin. A generous usable area ensures the whole family can relax in it. Thanks to its modular construction, the model shown can also be adapted to your needs even after several years of use. The Viktor wooden cabin is also equipped with a spacious mezzanine. While designing this cabin model, we paid attention to every detail. The glazed elements on the building's gable wall catch the eye and fit well into the modern image of the property. The cabin is also weather-resistant, as it has been impregnated twice. Buying this model is the solution for anyone who wants to relax on their plot in comfortable conditions.

Possibility to realise in an all-year version – suitable for placing on both recreational and building plots.

Unique features

  • Full customization of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof pitch, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing, and heating installations, preparing the cabin also to the all-year or residential WT2021 standard.
  • Transport and assembly throughout Poland - We deliver and fully assemble the building in every region of the country (individual quote).
  • Price guarantee after signing the contract - Full protection against rising material and labor costs.
  • Structure warranty: 2 years as standard, 15 years after activation - activation is free of charge and only requires sending photos of the finished interior within 4 years of assembly.
  • Guaranteed assembly start date - Written into the contract, which eliminates the delays typical of competing companies.
  • Dedicated technical advisor for every investor - Personal support from the first conversation to the completion of the build.
  • Preventive construction site security system - As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign announcing surveillance, which effectively deters outsiders and minimizes the risk of unwanted incidents on your plot.
  • After-sales service - Quick response when the investor needs help after taking delivery of the building.
  • Stylish shutters as standard - They add character to the building, improve insulation, and increase its security.
  • Facade painting in your chosen color - Full personalization of the building's appearance according to the investor's preferences.
