Antoś Holiday Cabin is ideally suited as a functional holiday cabin for ROD plots and other recreational areas.
Its modern look and open plan make it one of the most popular models chosen by our customers.

Large glazed panels ensure natural daylight inside the interior during the day and create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
An additional asset is the mezzanine, which increases the leisure space and provides the possibility to arrange an extra sleeping or relaxing area.

  • Full customization of the building — as the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof pitch, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of electrical, plumbing and heating installations, and prepare the cabin in an all-year or residential WT2021 standard as well.

    We provide delivery and complete assembly of the building in every region of the country (individual quote)
  • Price-lock guarantee after signing the contract – full protection against rising material and labor costs.
  • Structure warranty: 2 years as standard, 15 years after activation – activation is free and only requires sending photos of the finished interior within 4 years of assembly.
  • Guaranteed assembly start date – written into the contract, which eliminates the delays typical of competing companies.
  • Dedicated technical advisor for every investor – personal support from the first conversation until construction is complete.
  • Preventive construction site security system As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign informing about surveillance, which effectively deters unauthorized persons and minimizes the risk of unwanted incidents on the plot..
  • After-sales service – quick response when the investor needs help after the building has been handed over.
  • Facade painting in the color of your choice — full customization of the building's appearance according to the investor's preferences.

Installments

Price PLN 35,000.00 includes



  • Prefabricated exterior walls, finished on the outside with a cladding board, and unfinished on the inside
  • Installation of external joinery windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls, and finished on one side with panelling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Construction of the complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO
  • Two coats of painting using a Drewnochron product
  • Miller’s stairs


The following are the investor's responsibilities:

  • Foundation preparation before assembly
  • Damp-proof insulation across the entire foundation surface
  • Provision of external connections – electricity, water, sewage
