The Wiktor I wooden garden cabin is a clever way to make versatile use of a small plot. The 5m x 4m footprint physically occupies only 20 m2 of space, but it packs a fairly sizeable living room, a separate toilet room, a small covered porch, and a mezzanine that easily increases the overall cabin area by an additional 8 m2. The cabin also stands out for its very quick construction time. The cabin manufacturer provides access to professional installation teams who can build the Wiktor I in a closed shell anywhere in Poland in just one day. The cabin easily passes the registration process at the County Starosty, so the building formalities are limited to the minimum necessary.
