Product description
Maksymilian is a modern, compact cabin with dimensions 5 × 5 m, whose simple, geometric form fits perfectly into both forest landscapes and suburban scenery. The minimalist design and functional layout make it an ideal proposition for a recreational plot.
The model is offered in a closed-shell (shell) state, providing a solid base for further finishing according to your needs. Standard equipment includes PVC windows, wooden doors and roofing, but the cabin has no insulation or internal installations.
Thanks to its compact dimensions and modern construction, Maksymilian is a practical and aesthetic solution for those seeking a durable holiday cabin.
Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for installation on both a recreational and a building plot.
Unique features
- Full customization of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof angle, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing, and heating installations, and prepare the cabin to an all-year or residential WT2021 standard as well.
- Transport and assembly throughout Poland - We deliver and fully assemble the building in every region of the country (individual quote).
- Price-lock guarantee after signing the contract - Full protection against rising material and labor costs.
- Structural warranty: 2 years as standard, 15 years after activation - activation is free and only requires sending photos of the finished interior within 4 years of assembly.
- Guaranteed assembly start date - Written into the contract, which eliminates the delays typical of competing companies.
- Dedicated technical advisor for every customer - Personal support from the first conversation to the completion of construction.
- Preventive construction site security system - As standard, we provide a dummy CCTV camera and a sign announcing surveillance, which effectively deters outsiders and minimizes the risk of unwanted incidents on your plot.
- After-sales service - Quick response when you need help after the building has been handed over.
- Stylish shutters as standard - They add character to the building, improve insulation, and increase its security.
- Facade painted in the color of your choice - Full personalization of the building's look to suit the customer's preferences.
- Best offer guarantee - Found a cheaper offer from a competitor? Send it to us, and we will beat the price or offer a higher standard for the same amount.
