Maksymilian is a modern, compact holiday cabin with dimensions 5 × 5 m, whose clean, geometric silhouette blends perfectly with both forest and suburban surroundings. Minimalist architecture and a functional interior layout make it an ideal choice for all-year-round use.

In the all-year version, the cabin is equipped with insulation for the walls, roof and floor, airtight PVC windows, insulated steel doors, and a complete electrical installation. The design ensures comfort in every season.

Maksymilian combines modern design, a durable wooden structure of class C24, and functional solutions that make it perfect as a recreational cabin as well as an all-year-round leisure space.

  • Full customisation of the building - As the manufacturer, we can change the dimensions, roof angle, interior layout, type of windows and doors, insulation method, and the scope of the electrical, plumbing and heating installations, and we can also prepare the cabin to an all-year or residential WT2021 standard.

    • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
    • Prefabricated external walls - Finished on the outside with façade boarding, insulated, with tongue-and-groove panelling on the inside.
    • Installation of external PVC windows and doors
    • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove panelling.
    • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same colour as the façade.
    • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of the complete roof structure with full decking and a torch-on roofing felt covering
    • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
    • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
    • Thermal insulation of the external walls - 15 cm
    • Acoustic insulation of the internal walls - 10 cm
    • Thermal insulation of the roof - 20 cm
    • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with fuses, white sockets and switches, 15 electrical points.
    • Two coats of Drewnochron wood preservation


    The investor remains responsible for

    • Adapting the design to local conditions
    • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
    • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
