The Wiktor I SSO garden wooden house is a clever way to make versatile use of a small plot. With a footprint of 5m x 4m, it physically occupies only 20 m2 of space, yet it accommodates a roomy living room, a separate toilet room, a small covered porch, and a mezzanine that easily increases the overall area by an additional 8 m2. The cabin also boasts a very fast construction time. The holiday cabin manufacturer provides access to professional assembly teams who can erect the Wiktor I SSO in an open-frame state anywhere in Poland in a single day. The cabin easily passes the registration process at the county office, so construction formalities are minimized to the essentials.
