Domek Aleksander is a functional structure covering 24 m², ideal for recreational plots and ROD areas. The project includes a spacious 16 m² room and an 8 m² terrace, providing a comfortable space to relax.

In the standard raw state, the cabin includes wall construction and a roof with covering, without carpentry, installations and finishing. Built in timber-frame technology from kiln-dried wood (C24), it guarantees durability and solidity for years.

The following is the Investor’s responsibility

  • Preparation of foundation before assembly
  • Moisture barrier on the entire foundation area
  • Supply of external connections - Electric, water, sewage.

  • Flooring work
