Domek Aleksander is 24 square meters of classic, single-storey leisure cabin, designed for small properties and ROD – Family Garden Plots. The cabin has a large room of 16 m2 and a spacious terrace of 8 m2. It was built in Canadian timber-frame technology, gaining increasing recognition in European countries, including Poland. A solid construction from kiln-dried timber has a lifespan comparable to traditional residential homes.


Option to realize in an all-year cabin variant – suitable for installation on both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Exterior walls prefabbed - Finished on the outside with cladding boards, inside left unfinished.

  • Ground floor in developer standard (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Two-time painting with Drewnochron product

On the investor’s side:

  • Foundation preparation</2>
  • Waterproofing insulation on the entire foundation surface
