All-year holiday cabin Cyprian in the WT2021 standard is an elegant wooden building that harmoniously combines the traditional character of architecture with modern solutions ensuring everyday comfort. The meticulously crafted design offers a spacious and functional interior, ideal for families as well as anyone seeking a cozy all-year home.

On the ground floor there is a roomy living room connected to an open kitchen, creating a convenient and bright daytime zone conducive to shared time. The project also allows for a terrace extension, which can become a natural continuation of the living area and a place to relax outdoors. The attic has been designed as a comfortable private space with options for arranging comfortable bedrooms.

Timber-frame construction, made from high-quality wood, meets WT2021 requirements, providing very good thermal insulation, energy efficiency, and a healthy interior microclimate. Cyprian is a blend of durability, eco-friendly solutions, and timeless aesthetics that can be adapted to individual user needs.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12



Price PLN 263,800.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in Poland FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, with tongue-and-groove paneling on the inside.
  • Assembly of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished with tongue-and-groove paneling on both sides.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the roof - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete fuse box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Installing the plumbing fixtures
  • Connecting the external utilities - Electricity, water, sewage.
