All-year cabin Janusz V2 in WT2021 standard is a solid, modern wooden structure designed for year-round comfortable use. Made from certified C24-class wood, air-dried, it delivers high durability and stability comparable to traditional residential buildings.

The timber-frame technology is complemented by effective mineral wool insulation, ensuring excellent thermal insulation – it makes heating easier in winter and protects the interior from overheating in summer. The cabin is equipped with electrical and plumbing installations, enabling easy implementation of heating systems and full adaptation to users' needs.

A two-level interior layout provides a clear division between the living area and private spaces, increasing everyday comfort. The whole design complies with WT2021 requirements, offering energy efficiency, functionality, and comfort year-round.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Tax on Goods and Services, Art. 41(12)


Price PLN 198,900.00 includes

  • Free nationwide transport and installation
  • Delivery and installation of pre-fabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • Exterior walls pre-fabricated - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior finished with paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC joinery and doors
  • Pre-fabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with paneling.
  • Developer-standard floor (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Insulated roof structure - Complete roof construction with full decking and asphalt shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior wall insulation) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution panel with fuses, white outlets and switches, 20 electrical points.
