All-year cabin Czarek in WT2021 standard is a proposition for lovers of mountain style who value the combination of traditional aesthetics with modern solutions. The characteristic silhouette with decorative elements and a corner terrace – partly covered, partly open – creates a unique outdoor relaxation space.

The project was designed with a simplified notification procedure in mind, allowing a quick start to the investment without unnecessary formalities. An additional advantage is efficient assembly carried out by experienced teams, which significantly shortens construction time.

Construction in Canadian timber-frame technology, made from certified C24-class wood, enables the use of effective insulation solutions in line with WT2021 requirements. As a result, the cabin provides durability, energy efficiency, and year-round comfort.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Free transport and installation nationwide
  • Delivery and installation of prefabricated cabin modules - Directly to the investor's site.
  • Exterior walls prefabbed - Finished on the outside with cladding board, insulation, interior finish with boiserie.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabbed partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with boiserie.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of the complete roof framework with full decking and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor insulation) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of internal walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The following are the investor's responsibilities

  • Adaptation of the project to local conditions

  • Provisions of external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
