Domek Leon is a functional holiday cabin designed for comfortable use of space. The layout features a spacious living area with a place for a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large mezzanine, ensuring a comfortable rest.

Large glazing and a covered terrace with decorative elements create a pleasant outdoor relaxation space.

In the open-frame raw standard, the cabin includes the wall and roof structure with roofing, without carpentry, installations and finishing. Built in timber-frame technology, it provides a solid base for further customization according to your needs.

Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for installation on both recreational and building plots.

  • Open construction stage
  • Exterior walls prefabbed - Finished on the outside with cladding board, interior unfinished.
  • Partition walls prefabbed - Finished on one side with wainscoting.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Mezzanine - Mezzanine floor finished with a 2 cm board.

The investor’s responsibility

  • Preparation of the foundation before assembly
  • Moisture protection on the entire foundation surface
