Domek Albert is a spacious holiday cabin with a mezzanine, designed to maximise available space and user comfort. The functional layout allows for comfortable relaxation and flexible interior arrangement.

Built on proven timber-frame technology, ensuring durability, sturdiness and high quality of workmanship.

In the raw, open-build standard, the cabin includes the wall and roof structure with covering, without joinery, installations and finishing, providing a solid base for further work and adaptation to individual needs.




Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – can be erected on both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • External walls prefab - Finished on the outside with cladding boards, and inside unfinished.

  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and bitumen shingle by IKO.
  • Attic - Attic floor finished with a 2 cm board.
  • Facade partially covered bituminous shingles
