All-year holiday cabin Gustaw in the WT2021 standard is a functional design created for small families and for those who value comfort and a well-organized space. The thoughtfully laid-out interior ensures everyday comfort, and a designated, lockable room helps maintain privacy.

The loft features two independent bedrooms, significantly expanding decorating possibilities and providing a comfortable place to relax. This makes the cabin suitable for both short stays and year-round use.

The timber-frame construction, made from high-quality wood and tailored to WT2021 requirements, guarantees durability, energy efficiency, and year-round thermal comfort. An added advantage is the fast lead time, enabling a smooth transition from design to a ready-made home.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Value Added Tax, Article 41(12)

  • Delivery and installation of prefabbed cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • External walls prefabbed - Finished on the exterior with cladding, insulation, interior finished with paneling.
  • Installation of external PVC joinery and doors
  • Prefab interior walls - Sound-insulated with mineral wool and double-sided finished with paneling.
  • Standard developer finish (technical) - Painted to the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full decking and bituminous shingles by IKO.
  • Gutters with downspouts - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (roof insulation) of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (exterior walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
