The Olaf all-year holiday cabin in WT2021 standard is a compact yet highly functional model that works beautifully on a recreational plot as well as for year-round everyday use. The thoughtful interior layout provides a comfortable living area on the ground floor and a full usable mezzanine with the option to section off additional rooms, significantly increasing comfort and flexibility of the space.

An integral part of the project is the terrace, the perfect spot to relax outdoors—from a morning coffee to gatherings with family and friends. The timber-frame construction using high-quality wood enables effective insulation solutions, ensuring the cabin meets WT2021 requirements and provides energy efficiency and thermal comfort throughout the year.

The model is available in different finishing variants—from a closed shell to a fully prepared all-year version with installations and insulation, allowing the investment to be tailored to individual needs.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when the house is built for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 sec. 12

  • Free nationwide transport and assembly
  • D delivery and assembly of prefab cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • Exterior prefab walls - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior finished with wainscotting.
  • Assembly of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefab partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished on both sides with wainscoting.
  • Developer standard floor (technical) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (roof) - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
