The all-year holiday cabin Mikołaj II in the WT2021 standard is a modern option for those who want to maximize the usable space while ensuring high energy efficiency. The design, without a porch and terrace, allows full interior utilization, offering greater functionality than other homes of similar size. An additional mezzanine increases usable floor area, providing a comfortable space for relaxation or storage. The timber-frame construction, made from high-quality pine and spruce and adapted to WT2021 requirements, guarantees durability, excellent thermal insulation, and energy savings, while preserving an aesthetic, alpine character.
