Holiday cabin up to 35 square metres, Julianek, is a large wooden structure that can be built in a simplified procedure, i.e. on notification, without the need to obtain a building permit. All thanks to the mezzanine, the so-called loft, which can be developed as space that is not habitable. The lower part of the cabin hides a spacious living room, a separated bedroom and a toilet, as well as a large outdoor terrace equipped with a stylish pergola. It is a great choice for those who value both a large, functional interior and the possibility to relax outdoors.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only to the construction of a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, Art. 41 para. 12

  • Delivery and installation of prepared cabin modules - Directly on the investor’s plot.
  • External walls prefabried - Finished on the outside with cladding, insulation, interior finished with beading.
  • Installation of external PVC window and door joinery
  • Partition walls prefabried - Sound-insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with beading.
  • Standard developer-grade floor (technical) - Painted to match the facade colour.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Execution of full roof structure with full decking and bitumen shingle by IKO.
  • Eaves with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation (floor) - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation (external walls) - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of interior walls - 10 cm
  • Roof insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution board with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
