Domek rekreacyjny do 35 metrów kwadratowych Julianek is a large wooden structure that can be built under a simplified procedure, i.e. on notification, without the need to obtain a building permit. It owes everything to the mezzanine, the so-called half-floor, which can be developed as unused space. The lower part of the cabin houses a spacious living room, a separate bedroom and a toilet, as well as a large outdoor terrace equipped with a stylish pergola. It’s a great choice for those who value both a roomy, functional interior and the opportunity to relax outdoors.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards and left unfinished on the inside.

  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full roof boarding and IKO bitumen shingles.
  • Winder stairs (technical)
  • Two coats of Drewnochron wood preservation
  • Shutters - not applicable to fixed windows and terrace windows


The investor remains responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proof insulation across the entire foundation surface
  • Bringing in external utility connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
