Adam III wooden cabin is a modern timber construction with dimensions 7m x 5m, delivering 35 square meters of buildable area that can be used without a permit. The Adam III cabin is notable for its uncommon shape, highlighted by a long roof overhang at the front and large glazing that ensures exceptional daylighting of the spacious interior. Inside you’ll find a living room, a separate room suitable for a bedroom, as well as a bathroom and two storage spaces. The mezzanine is additional space to be developed according to your own preferences. The cabin is in a shell state, with the possibility of adapting to a multi-season, all-year form.


Possibility of realization in an all-year variant – suitable for placement on both a recreation plot and a building plot.

  • Developer-standard (technical) flooring - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure - Complete roof construction with full sheathing and IKO bituminous shingles.
  • Mezzanine stairs
  • Two coats with Drewnochron treatment
  • Shutters - not applicable to fixed windows and terrace doors


The following are the investor’s responsibility

  • Foundation preparation before installation
  • Moisture protection insulation over the entire foundation surface
  • External utility connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
