Igor 5x5 wooden holiday cabin is a well-designed compact timber-framed building, perfect for occasional family or group relaxation. The presence of two independent bedrooms on the mezzanine guarantees privacy, while the ground-floor common area serves as a living room and dining room. The manufacturer has added a balcony and a large uncovered terrace that can accommodate several sun loungers for summer leisure as well as a table with benches. The Igor cabin is therefore the essence of a cabin, offering comfortable relaxation regardless of mood or weather conditions. The project is executed in Nordic timber-frame technology, from air-dried spruce and pine wood sourced from both state forests and Nordic countries.

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with a cladding board, interior is unfinished.

  • Prefab partition walls - One-sided finished with paneling.
  • Floor in developer (technical) standard - Painted to the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and bituminous shingles by IKO.

  • Two coats with Drewnochron coating
  • Shutters


On the investor's side remains

  • Foundation preparation before installation
  • Moisture protection insulation on the entire foundation surface
  • External utility connections - Power, water, sewage.
