All-year cabin Igor in WT2021 standard is a compact yet highly functional wooden building designed for year-round comfort. It works equally well as a relaxation space and a small family home.

The attic features two independent bedrooms for privacy, while the ground floor offers a comfortable day zone serving as a living room and dining area. The design is enriched with a balcony and a spacious terrace, creating an additional outdoor relaxation zone.

Canadian timber-frame construction, made from high-quality pine and spruce, enables effective insulation solutions. This ensures WT2021 compliance, delivering energy efficiency, durability and thermal comfort regardless of weather conditions.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a home for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Act on Goods and Services Tax, Art. 41 para. 12



Price PLN 176,300.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in Poland FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, insulated, with tongue-and-groove panelling on the inside.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with wool and finished with tongue-and-groove panelling on both sides.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted the same colour as the facade.
  • Roof structure insulated with wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and an IKO bituminous shingle covering.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Thermal insulation of the floor - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the exterior walls - 20 cm
  • Acoustic insulation of the interior walls - 10 cm
  • Thermal insulation of the roof - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with fuses, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.
  • Plumbing installation - Complete pipework layout, Ariston Velis Evo 80 water heater and professional pressure testing of the entire system.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification
  • Preparing the foundation - Or commissioning our company to build it.
  • Installing the plumbing fixtures
  • Providing external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
