Igor cabin is a functional holiday cabin built with a timber-frame technology, designed for comfortable relaxation with family or friends. The layout includes a living space on the ground floor and an attic that can be partitioned into two bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.

An additional asset is a balcony and a spacious terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

In bare chain standard, the cabin includes wall construction and a roof with covering, without carpentry, installations or finishing. Made from certified timber in a timber-frame technology, it provides a solid base for further customization according to your needs.

Possibility to implement in all-year variant – suitable for both a recreational plot and a building plot.

  • Roof structure - Complete roof structure with full sheathing and bitumen shingles by IKO.
  • Attic - Attic floor finished with 2 cm board.
