All-year holiday cabin Janusz with terrace in the WT2021 standard is a classic wooden construction enhanced with a functional outdoor space, elevating everyday comfort. The covered porch is a natural extension of the living area, allowing outdoor relaxation regardless of the weather.

The project combines a well-planned interior with extra attic space, significantly increasing design possibilities and user comfort. As a result, the cabin is suitable for both relaxation and as a small all-year cabin.

The structure is built from high-quality structural timber of class C24 and KVH and BSH elements, in a Canadian-style timber frame. This enables effective insulation solutions meeting WT2021 requirements, ensuring durability, energy efficiency, and year-round thermal comfort.

The price shown is a gross amount and includes 8% VAT. It applies only when building a house for residential purposes on a building plot, in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act, Art. 41 para. 12



Price PLN 208,400.00 includes

  • Transport and assembly anywhere in the country FREE OF CHARGE
  • Delivery and assembly of the prefabricated cabin modules - Directly on the investor's plot.
  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with façade boards, insulated, and finished on the inside with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Installation of exterior PVC windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Acoustically insulated with mineral wool and finished on both sides with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Floor in developer's (technical) standard - Painted in the same color as the façade.
  • Roof structure insulated with mineral wool - Construction of a complete roof structure with full sheathing and IKO bitumen shingle roofing.
  • Gutters with downpipes - (brown)
  • Floor thermal insulation - 10 cm
  • Exterior wall thermal insulation - 20 cm
  • Interior wall acoustic insulation - 10 cm
  • Roof thermal insulation - 25 cm
  • Electrical installation - Complete distribution box with circuit breakers, white sockets and switches, 20 electrical points.

The investor is responsible for

  • Adapting the design to local conditions
  • Obtaining a building permit or notification

  • Bringing in external utility connections - Electricity, water, sewage
