Wooden recreational cabin Janusz 7m x 5m with front terrace 2m x 4.5m is a classic holiday cabin up to 35 square meters, yet equipped with a covered porch of 9 m2. This makes the cabin not only fully utilize the 35 m² space (with the mezzanine it becomes up to 70 m² of usable area), but also allows enjoying nature without having to step outside under its cover. The cabin is built exclusively from air-dried, certified C24 timber and glued KVH and BSH wood. The whole rests on Canadian-style framing technology, ensuring solid construction and high durability comparable to brick houses.

  • Roof structure - Construction of a complete roof structure with full roof sheathing and IKO bituminous shingles.

The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proof insulation across the entire foundation surface
  • Connecting external utilities - Electricity, water, sewage.
