Holiday cabins up to 35 m2 Karol IV are large wooden buildings designed for those who want to stand out from the rest of the development. Although the manufacturer of wooden cabins bases the structural frame on proven Canadian timber-frame technologies, it is equipped with an unusual terrace enclosure, so it does not count toward the total built-up area. The cabin in a closed-shell standard, including façade and partition wall cladding, doors, windows, shutters, painting, wood preservation, and a roof battens. Additionally both the roof and walls are covered with a windproof membrane. The cabin can, however, later be equipped with installations and thermal insulation, either on your own or with the help of professional construction teams of the company.

Price PLN 130,400.00 includes

  • Prefabricated exterior walls - Finished on the outside with facade boards, and left unfinished on the inside.
  • Assembly of exterior windows and doors
  • Prefabricated partition walls - Finished on one side with tongue-and-groove paneling.
  • Floor in developer's standard (technical finish) - Painted in the same color as the facade.
  • Roof structure - A complete roof structure with full decking and an IKO bitumen shingle covering.

  • Two coats of Drewnochron wood preservation
  • Shutters INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - does not apply to fixed windows or terrace windows


The investor is responsible for

  • Preparing the foundation before assembly
  • Damp-proof insulation across the entire foundation surface
  • Bringing in external connections - Electricity, water, sewage.
