The W1X1 for rent was designed with a small family or a group of friends in mind. It features a living room with space for a kitchenette, a bathroom, and an mezzanine that can be used as a bedroom. The cabin comes as a closed-shell structure, but is fully ready to upgrade to a multi-season dwelling quality. We have already equipped it with PVC windows, insulated metal doors, and an insulated floor, so all that remains is to insulate the walls and roof and the whole building will gain year-round character and will be rentable also in late autumn and winter. The building has been designed to grow with your holiday park. Thanks to two extra doors on the rear wall, it can be expanded by an additional module, increasing the total space by 12 m2 and adding two independent bedrooms to accommodate a larger group.
