The W2X1 model is a wooden holiday cabin intended for tourist rental. To optimize investment costs, it has been prepared as a shell (lock-up) finish with the possibility to later convert it into an all-year form suitable for year-round rental. Therefore, the standard price also includes floor insulation, double-glazed PVC windows, and insulated steel doors. A well-thought-out interior layout includes a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a mezzanine that can be used for additional sleeping spaces on the upper floor. The charming terrace also provides a place to relax outdoors. The building can be expanded with an optional module comprising two bedrooms (a total of 15 m2) allowing future increases in the number of guests. The whole is built in proven Canadian timber-frame technology, using only air-dried softwood.
