  • Prefabricated floor slab with prepared structure for attic flooring, with gypsum board finish on the underside.
  • Construction of the complete roof structure with metal tile roofing, gutters, flashings, and wooden soffits.
  • Completion of water and sewer installations.
  • Assembly of air-to-air heating system.
  • Full electrical installation with sockets and switches.
  • Installation of ventilation system.
  • Preparation of the floor to development standard.
