Stages of constructing a point foundation
1. Remove the turf from the surface of the house and terrace with a margin of about 50 cm on each side, digging depth about 30 cm.
2. Spread the first layer of ballast (about 20 cm), roughen it with cement, wet it, and compact it with a vibrating compactor.

3. Install formwork to preliminarily determine the level.

4. Then spread the second layer of ballast thicker.
5. If the terrain has a steep slope or is on a bank, use a 5 cm thick geogrid to prevent soil movement. The photo also shows that compared to photo 2 the terrain has been preliminarily leveled to the level defined by the formwork.

6. Ballast mixed with cement poured into the geogrid.

7. Determine the corners of the building according to the provided plan.
8. After marking the building boundaries, the connections to the sewer and the conduit for power can be precisely made.

9. Set the blocks according to the Drewnolandia plan.
10. Level the blocks.

11. Cover the blocks with roofing felt and then cover the whole with agro textile secured with staples.
12. Protect the whole with building foil for winter (optional).
