The various types of holiday cabins and all-year cabins are covered by the following warranty periods:
- Structures of homes in a closed-shell state - 15 years
- Structures of homes in the developer stage - 30 years
The above warranty period covers the durability of the building structure—the Canadian-style frame made from battens from which the prefab components were constructed. Operational elements, including window and door joinery, shutters, cladding, painting coatings, and optional installations (electrical, plumbing, heating) are covered by a 24-month warranty. However, for recreational, year-round recreational, and residential cabins, we offer the possibility to extend the warranty on operational elements for a longer period at no charge.
Extended warranty - 36 months
The condition for extending the warranty to 36 months is:
• Placement of a Drewolandia promotional banner on the fence of the plot where the investment was completed or another visible place owned by the investor. Proof of banner placement, in the form of a photo, must be sent to the order supervisor no later than 14 days after completion of construction — this is a necessary condition for the warranty extension. The banner will be attached with cable ties and must remain in place for the entire extended warranty period; otherwise it becomes invalid.
Or
• Provide a review of the Drewnolandia company via Google, and supply the order supervisor with 10 photographs of the structure — 5 taken during installation and 5 after completion. The photos will be posted in the "realizations" tab on www.drewnolandia.pl, and on the company's Facebook profile. Please inform the order supervisor by email of the name or nickname used for the review — this is a necessary condition for the warranty extension. These actions should be completed within 60 days after the installation is finished.
Extended warranty - 48 months
The condition for extending the warranty to 48 months is fulfilling both points listed in the extended warranty description — 36 months, i.e., simultaneous consent to place on the investor’s plot fence a promotional banner of Drewnolandia, completing the survey, issuing a rating and review via Google, and providing 10 photographs.
