Before it is put into use, every electrical installation must be tested for shock protection and fire safety. For technical reasons, our company is unable to carry out the necessary measurements (the building site often has no power supply, no supply cable has been laid, earthing has to be done on different types of ground with different soil resistivity, which cannot be priced at a fixed rate, and there are also the time needed to make the connection, an excavator, several energy distributors across Poland and different keys for the cut-out fuse inserts in the connection boxes, etc.). That is why, before it is switched on, the internal electrical installation must be inspected by a qualified person who is independent of us. Only once a test report has been issued may the installation be used.
Our company carries out only the internal installation, without the connection to the grid, earthing or protective measurements. On the outside we fit an electrical junction box, to which you need to connect a 5-core connection cable. Our installers only check the finished installation for circuit continuity.
At the customer's request, we can also carry out the necessary electrical measurements for an additional fee, but when placing the order you must first discuss the quote and the technical details with our electrician.
Additional option: the "electrical installation" covers the electrical installation inside the building at a voltage of 230 V.
It includes:
1. A fuse box with overcurrent and shock protection devices
2. Routing of electrical wiring with a cross-section of 1.5mm and 2.5 mm (three-core) throughout the cabin to locations on the walls and ceiling chosen by the investor, including the wiring accessories, i.e. sockets and switches.
3. Routing of electrical wiring with a cross-section of 1.5mm and 2.5 mm (three-core) throughout the cabin to locations on the walls and ceiling chosen by the investor, including the wiring accessories, i.e. sockets and switches.
If the wall panelling option was not ordered, the electrical installation (wires, connectors, etc.) is visible. This does not apply to cabins with the electrical installation and insulation in the standard version.
5. Each cabin model has a fixed, predetermined price for its electrical installation and a set number of points in that installation. Below is a link to an example layout of electrical points in a sample cabin model; on this basis you can decide how many electrical points you need in the structure you are ordering. It is not possible to order additional electrical points during the assembly of the cabin; any extension of the ordered installation is possible no later than 7 days before the construction date.
Example layout of electrical points
The supply cable must be run to the foundation right at its edge and, once construction is finished, connected to the external box, which we install as shown in the photos below. Thanks to this solution, the power supply to the cabin can be connected at any time after construction is complete, without having to open up the walls or floor inside the cabin.

The electrical installation does not include:
1. Making the connection to the cabin, e.g. groundworks. (see point 2 above)
2. Wiring for three-phase power points. A three-phase power point can be ordered for an additional fee; please contact your sales advisor for a quote for this service.
3. Installing aerial, internet and other cabling in the cabin.
4. Making the connection to the cabin by overhead lines (e.g. from the pole to the bracket on the cabin wall)
5. Installing satellite TV dishes, decoders and outdoor lights
Below is a diagram of how the installation is assembled in the floor frame:

NOTE! The offer for the electrical installation does not include protective and acceptance measurements. Short-circuit loop impedance measurements are carried out after the installation has been connected to the power supply (connecting the power supply is the investor's responsibility). These measurements are carried out under voltage.
