Wooden cabins without permits

If the thought of dealing with a million things related to erecting an all-year cabin scares you, these are completely unnecessary worries! Most attic-equipped holiday homes are divided into two separate rooms with doors, but at the client’s request we can adapt the attic for non-usable attic purposes. The advantage of a simplified attic is that such holiday cabins can be erected without a building permit. Using this procedure is beneficial for the investor due to the lack of additional costs such as architectural designs, geodetic measurements or hiring a construction manager. Moreover, construction works can begin already 21 days after filing the application.

All-year cabins adapted to changing weather conditions

• holiday cabins built from durable material – materials undergo advanced processing, and certified structural timber meets the durability standards required for all-year construction, making it a worthy substitute for concrete or steel,
• top quality materials – the wood from which we construct all-year wooden houses also has proper humidity, low tendency to crack and dent, and exceptional aesthetics,
• wind- and weather-resistant construction – the walls of the building are double-sheathed and connected to other walls by the ceiling and roof, forming a single unit that prevents any negative impact of weather factors, so the question of whether the wind will blow away the all-year cabin is obvious.

All-year houses and thermal insulation

All-year cabins heat up quickly – it takes only about half an hour, which is a big difference from the several hours needed to insulate a masonry structure. Twenty-four hours after turning off the heater, the inside temperature of the wooden cabin usually drops by only 2-3 degrees. Holiday homes are also thermally insulated with non-flammable mineral wool, which we insulate floors, walls, partition walls and the gabled roof with. Christmas in a wooden lodge far from the city bustle? Sounds wonderful!

All-year holiday cabin for sale with essential installations

We are aware that our wooden all-year cabins would not bear the title of all-year if we did not ensure the media necessary for operation. The price of every all-year cabin includes internal plumbing with a boiler and electrical installation with sockets.

The heating installation is determined individually with each client. Buyers can choose from three heating options, different in price:

• modular chimney and freestanding stove type stove,
• underfloor heating with heating foils
• electrical radiators.
