The cabin area is 32 m², so no building permit is required. The cabin is built from the highest quality certified timber, insulated and sealed, so it can be used year-round and in any weather.

The wooden CRA4 cabin costs about 85 thousand PLN in the basic version. This is the maximum space of a cabin built under the so-called notification procedure, i.e., 35 m². The building has a small terrace, a large space on the upper floor and an increased mezzanine. The total area can be arranged according to your needs. Depending on the configuration, it can accommodate two or three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The house is insulated and connected to electrical and plumbing installations.
