From order to completion
After you place your order, we’ll reach out a few times. We confirm all order details and set the installation date. We also remind you of the formalities related to placing wooden structures in the garden, which you can read on the blog.
Any changes should also be reported at this stage.
The day before the scheduled installation, we contact you to confirm the date and time of the installation.
To prevent grass from growing under the gazebo or cabin, it’s good to lay a weed barrier which we place under the floor during installation.
On the agreed day we arrive on time and install the gazebo or cabin. And after just a few hours you can enjoy your new wooden structure in your garden—the dream wooden cottage or a charming gazebo.
Now it's time to unwind in solitude or in the company of friends and family. Just the way you like it!
